Today Rightmove reported a month on month increase in asking prices of 4.1%. We are aware of some optimistic pricing but our experience is that, for the most part, actual selling prices in our area remain unchanged and are holding steady. Property here still needs to be realistically priced and will then attract good interest from serious buyers.

We have also seen an increase in the demand for higher end family homes in the borough and suspect that the emergence of these properties onto the market may have contributed to the increase reported by Rightmove. For more information please do not hesitate to call us.
