MARKET REPORT (25 April 2013) -
So far this month we have agreed over 30 sales and brought 20 properties to market demonstrating a clear shift toward demand outstripping supply. Some properties have been keenly fought over in the last fortnight attracting multiple offers above the asking price.
We have several new instructions coming to market in the next couple of weeks. We would advise serious buyers to contact us and ensure that their requirements are fully up to date to ensure they receive early notification of properties that may be of interest.
