Valuations

Sandra Lee our Valuations Manager performs most of the valuations and is supported by Senior Director Peter Jackson who has detailed knowledge of the area and many years of experience of the market in Epsom, Ewell and the surrounding areas

Marketing

Once an instruction has been received, and the details have been prepared and agreed, your property will be marketed to our existing database of potential purchasers, and it will be advertised on the various property portals. Our boards attract attention locally and we also have an in-depth knowledge of who may be have been looking for certain types of property in the area, who may not be currently on the market but who have expressed interest in your location or type of property. We will call those people to tell them about your property.

Also locally we ensure that potential buyers are aware of our services and name by supporting local organisations and advertising in the local press and signage.

Sales Progression

Possibly the least understood yet most important phase of any property sale as a house is not sold until completion. The period between finding a buyer and completion can be stressful for all concerned. We do not leave you on your own to deal with that process. Our experience and advice at this time is invaluable and we work closely with solicitors, surveyors and other agents to ensure that this period is as stress free and successful as possible.
